Location:
- In Rhode Island. Enjoying the summer weather, parks, and beaches.
Fitness/Training:
Exercise: Going through one of the most intense training programs I’ve ever done. Plenty of intense interval training. Link
Diet/recovery: Every meal starts with a few fistfuls of non-starchy veggies, 1-2 palms of whole protein, and 1-2 cupped hands of carbohydrates. Minimal processed sugar (or none really). Avoiding wheat/dairy. Eating slowly, chewing well. I like it. I feel pretty good. Feeling balanced.
Professional:
- Great changes and opportunity are coming up soon.
- This article describes my main gameplan well.
Social/Life:
- It's been pretty low-key. That's what it takes to get to the fitness level I'm trying to get to, anyway.
- Spending plenty of time with family. It's been good. Enjoying plenty of good, wholesome cooking!
- Missing Florida. Looking forward to visiting and going back sometime.
Personal development:
- Still studying anatomy & physiology at least once per week with Dr. Danny.
- Still working through Dr. Michael Pariser’s workbook No More Mr. Nice Guy: The Hero’s Journey.
